Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Soft Frame website, purchasing services, or engaging in a project with Soft Frame, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Soft Frame website or services.
Services Overview
Soft Frame is a digital design studio specializing in modern website experiences and digital assets. Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Framer website design and development
• Website templates and digital products
• UI/UX design consulting
• Website customization and optimization
• Digital branding elements related to web design
Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual proposals, invoices, or service agreements prior to project commencement.
User Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information necessary to complete the project
• Supply required assets (logos, images, copy, etc.) in a timely manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials shared during the project
• Ensure they have legal rights to all materials provided to Soft Frame
Soft Frame is not responsible for project delays caused by missing materials, delayed feedback, or incomplete communication.
Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, templates, graphics, and digital materials created by Soft Frame remain the intellectual property of Soft Frame until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for their intended business purposes.
Clients may not:
• Resell Soft Frame designs or templates as their own
• Redistribute Soft Frame digital assets without written consent
• Claim Soft Frame design work as original work created by another entity
Soft Frame retains the right to showcase completed projects within its portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Template and Digital Product License
For Soft Frame templates or digital products:
• Purchases grant a single-use license for one website or project
• Templates may be customized for personal or business use
• Templates may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or repackaged for resale
Unauthorized redistribution of Soft Frame digital products is strictly prohibited.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in invoices or agreements.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Payment is required prior to project commencement
• Payments are processed in USD
• Late payments may result in project suspension
• Work may be paused until outstanding balances are resolved
Soft Frame reserves the right to revoke access to delivered materials if payment obligations are not fulfilled.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized and digital nature of Soft Frame services:
• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
• Digital templates and downloadable products are non-refundable
• If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at Soft Frame’s discretion
Clients are encouraged to review service descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Revisions Policy
Soft Frame includes limited revisions as part of project services.
Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:
• Projects include one revision round for minor adjustments
• Revisions must remain within the original project scope
• Additional revisions may incur additional fees
Major design changes, structural changes, or requests outside the original project scope will be treated as a new service.
Project Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times depend on the scope of the project and timely client communication.
Typical timelines may include:
• Express website setups: 3–7 business days
• Custom Framer builds: 1–3 weeks
These timelines may be extended if:
• client materials are delayed
• feedback is not provided within a reasonable timeframe
• project scope changes during development
Soft Frame is not responsible for delays caused by client inactivity or missing assets.
Client Communication Policy
To maintain efficiency and clarity during projects:
• Communication will take place via approved channels such as email or project platforms
• Clients are expected to respond to feedback requests within 3 business days
• Extended delays in communication may result in project timeline adjustments
Soft Frame reserves the right to close inactive projects after extended periods of client inactivity.
Confidentiality
Both Soft Frame and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during collaboration.
Confidential information may include:
• business strategies
• login credentials
• unpublished designs
• proprietary digital materials
This obligation remains in effect after project completion unless disclosure is required by law.
Privacy and Data Use
Soft Frame respects user privacy.
Information collected through the website or services may include:
• name
• email address
• business information
• project details
This information is used solely for communication, project management, and service delivery.
Soft Frame does not sell client information to third parties unless required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.
Limitation of Liability
Soft Frame shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Total liability for any claim related to Soft Frame services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.
Soft Frame is not responsible for:
• third-party platform outages (including Framer hosting)
• modifications made by clients after project delivery
• downtime caused by external hosting or software providers
Right to Refuse Service
Soft Frame reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual or organization at its sole discretion.
This may include, but is not limited to:
• abusive or disrespectful behavior toward Soft Frame representatives
• requests that violate laws or platform policies
• projects involving illegal, harmful, or unethical content
• failure to comply with payment terms or communication expectations
If service is refused or discontinued, any completed work up to that point may be delivered upon payment of outstanding balances.
Termination Policy
Either Soft Frame or the client may terminate a service agreement with written notice.
Upon termination:
• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Access to unfinished materials may be revoked if payment obligations remain unmet
• Clients must delete or return unfinished Soft Frame materials if requested
Changes to Terms
Soft Frame reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting to the Soft Frame website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved within the courts of this jurisdiction.
